SUPPORT FOR ADULTS
Find the support
that fits your life.
A starting point for the conversation. You don’t have to decide which service fits before getting in touch.
01 / SUPPORT
Individual therapy
Space to explore anxiety, difficult experiences and patterns that keep repeating.
We can explore what is happening now, how earlier experiences may connect with it, and what you would like to change. You stay involved in decisions about the focus and pace of the work.
We can talk about
- Anxiety, overwhelm and difficult emotions
- The impact of past experiences
- Boundaries and repeating relationship patterns
02 / SUPPORT
Addiction & recovery
Support with alcohol, substances or behaviours that have become difficult to manage.
We can look at the role a substance or behaviour plays, the circumstances around urges and the support available to you. The conversation is personal and practical, with room for honesty and responsibility.
We can talk about
- Triggers, urges and patterns of coping
- Support alongside other treatment
- Finding an appropriate level of care
03 / SUPPORT
Aftercare & continuing support
A steady point of contact as you move from treatment back into everyday life.
Leaving a structured treatment setting can bring new questions about routines, relationships and support. We can discuss regular therapy, recovery planning and liaison with other professionals where appropriate and agreed.
We can talk about
- Your transition from treatment
- Support and manageable routines
- Reviewing what is helping and what needs to change
BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few practical questions.
Can we meet online or in person?
Both options are offered. Contact Glyn to discuss current in-person arrangements and online availability before booking.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are generally 50–60 minutes. The length and frequency are agreed with you, and can be reviewed as the work develops.
What does it cost?
The introductory 15-minute conversation is free. Ask Glyn for the current assessment and session fees. Costs and cancellation arrangements will be discussed before you book paid work.
What if I need a different kind of support?
We can discuss whether another practitioner or treatment setting may be more appropriate. Any onward introduction is discussed with you first.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Calls and messages are not monitored continuously. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
